Marty Gilbert is the Founder and CEO of the NorthShore Executive Networking Group
(NSENG) at www.nsenginc.com, the largest and fastest growing job search networking group in the Chicago area. The organization is comprised of over 6,300 members with 8 new individuals joining the group each day and more than 10 members landing new jobs each week, even during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Over the past 10 years, Marty’s job search networking meetings, coaching services, webinars, and workshops have helped over 1,500 professionals land new career opportunities. Much of his success is attributable to his extensive marketing background and how that helps job seekers create more credibility and visibility with target companies.
Marty’s background also includes an extensive array of marketing, sales, and general management roles across a broad range of industries. He spent 18 years with Motorola, where he helped launch several industry-first wireless products along with being the General Manager for four business units. Marty also held the role of Chief Operating Officer for STATS Inc, the nation’s leading sports data and analytics company that was also the driving force behind the book and movie Moneyball, which starred Brad Pitt.
Marty’s career is highlighted by over 25 years of international experience that has included a position working in Tokyo for Dentsu Inc., the world’s largest advertising agency, where his award-winning writing regularly appeared in Time, Newsweek, Business Week and Fortune magazines.
